Baysdale Abbey

The Abbey sleeps 18 guests in total. It has two super king rooms, one king size room, one double room, three twin rooms and a bunk room which sleeps four.

The combination of old house charm: open fire, wooden floors, shuttered windows etc. and an extremely efficient heating system, constant hot water, white cotton bed linen and Egyptian cotton towels make for a unique and comfortable place to stay and retreat from the world.

It is a wonderful environment in which families and large groups can spend time together and be accommodated comfortably. Wifi is included.

The property is accessed by a 2.5 mile single track road winding across the moors. Along the way there are far reaching views over the North York Moors and the coast and at the final turn, the first view of Baysdale Abbey which is situated in the grounds of a 12th century Cistercian Abbey, is absolutely spectacular.
